This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a Self-Contained 4th teacher in a Dual Language Program in a Title 1 school. The curriculum I have to teach includes time to do centers and have fun math and literacy activities. I have created and integrated fun math and literacy activities to do during my rotation time while I am attending my small groups.

I am asking for materials to keep my math and literacy centers going and allow my students to still have fun activities and enjoy math and reading during rotations.

I enjoy watching my students learning and talking about the fun puzzles, number work, and word work, and how they enjoy those games. I love that my students think they are fun games and not extra teaching resources. I want my students to learn to love reading and math, and I am asking for materials to maintain my centers going.
