This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will give my students new books and help them learn new words and learning how to read with Pete the Cat. This is an opportunity for them to continue and share what they have learned with their friends and family. I believe to continue to inspire readers to continue with their reading to become excellent readers in our community and reading is fundamental to all people. Children learn by reading and be a various reader. For example, when you eat it shows, when you read it shows. I as a teacher model it, by using visual pictures and books. These materials would be amazing for my students.
