This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator you want a classroom environment that is welcoming. Once students feel that they are in an environment where they can be themselves, they feel relaxed and is able to focus more and get their daily tasks completed.

Having flexible seating will allow my students to be more physically comfortable in the classroom.

Students need to be able to move around and not just being confined to a chair. Flexible seating allows students to sit or stand in a way that best fits their body. What child you know wants to sit in one chair all day?

Studies show that having flexible seat in a classroom can have a positive impact on students learning.
