Learning Trough Play

Help me give my students a quality learning experience. These items would be a great addition to their learning experience and fun. Also, the light table would be another tool I can use to develop writing skills.

My Project

I'm near the end of my first-year teaching and through observations I noticed that my kiddos would benefit from some new things. My kiddos have so much energy and not many tools to burn off that energy. Thats why a basketball rim and climbing center would be great tools to get that energy out.

Learning to write is not an easy task.

I believe a light table will help aid in teaching my kiddos how to write and also making it fun to do so. In my cart I also have calming tools. I lean on Conscious Discipline in my classroom, teaching my kiddos how to regulate their emotions. Due to budget issues, I haven't been supplied with any calming equipment for my kiddos.

Who doesn't love a dollhouse. In my classroom I have a very small dramatic play center and my girls don't have many things to play with except for a kitchen. Not only is a doll house fun, but it also helps children play together and create conversation extending their language skills.

We would be very grateful for your help. Children learn through play, and I aim to supply them with mutiple ways of doing so.
