Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a low-income/high-poverty school in Los Angeles. At my school, 100% of the students receive free or reduced-price lunch. Many of them are second-language learners. Despite their circumstances, they are eager to learn and discover the world around them.
I want to provide my students with supplemental projects to make learning more exciting.
My students are questioners who always try to discover how the world works. They are inquisitive and always asking questions. They are constantly trying to better their knowledge but sometimes our district curriculum is dry.
I will use your donation to purchase Teachers Pay Teachers projects to make my students more engaged and excited to learn.
