My Students
"Don't give up. I believe in you all. A person's a person no matter how small." ~Dr. Seuss.
All students learn differently and need to be provided with resources that will allow them to learn and be successful in school and in life. I believe that all my students can be successful!
My school is located in a small rural town.
My school is a great school to be a part of. The atmosphere is safe, fun and welcoming to all students. Students come in eager to learn and to succeed. I believe that all students have the capability of succeeding in school. Some just need more guidance from the teacher. I want to provide my students with the best possible learning experience that I can.
My Project
I am requesting 4 iPads with cases. Students will have access to the iPads throughout the school day. The iPads will be used in many different ways in my classroom.
My main goal for using the iPads is to use them during stations. Students will be in groups and will have individual time on an iPad. Students will be using different apps and/or websites to address their individual needs for reading and math. All students learn differently and at different rates. Using iPads, students will be able to work at their own pace with the different programs to meet the needs of every student making each student successful in the classroom.
Technology is a big part of our lives. Students need to know how to use technology in different settings. Students are more engaged in learning when technology is involved. iPads are a great learning resource!
This project will meet the needs of my students by providing students with access to technology to help improve their learning and knowledge of 21st century skills.
My hope is that they will, in turn, take this knowledge and use it to better the community in which they live.
