Help me give my students fun/hands-on art supplies to better engage students and include the art with the classroom theme to tie it all together and make connections with class.
I am branching out and changing the theme of my classroom to under the sea. I plan to involve arts and crafts more into our classroom. I've added ocean animals, play sand for crafts and kinetic sand for sensory play to find the animals in the "water". Kinetic sand is used imagination and work on their fine motor skills to find objects of all shapes and sizes in the soft and soothing sand which is a great form of stress relief. I am so excited to hopefully receive my first grant for these items for my students. They will absolutely love it all!
