Learning to Read Opens Doors to Life's Adventures!!

Help me give my students decodable/phonics books to help them become life long readers. The Gamenote Classroom Magnetic Alphabet Letters Kit and Gamenote Magnetic Small White Boards will reinforce the reading process.

My Students

My Kindergartners are curious and very eager to learn. My Kindergarten students come to school with an excitement to learn. They love to learn about all things. They are very social and curious about each other. They love to learn through stories and the environment around them.

Students who learn to read and have confidence in their ability to read will become life time readers.

Learning to read opens up a world to great adventures. This project will provide beginning readers with Decodable books that will instill self esteem and confidence!

My Project

I am requesting phonics/decodable books which will give my students the confidence and self esteem to become readers. They will enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom is a place where my students really enjoy to be read to and to learn to read.

Every phonics and decodable book that is placed in my students hands, are the opportunities for my students to read.

All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind. The letters and phonics activities will reinforce phonics, which will encourage my students to read.

With these new books and phonics activities, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level.

They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading.

My students already are eager learners and have an astonishing interest in independent reading. This project will surely help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
