My Students

My Kindergarten students are energetic and ready to learn! My students are excited about attending school and learning all of the skills they need to be able to read and write. For many students, this will be their first time in an educational environment and learning to read and write are a few of the exciting things they will experience in Kindergarten! We are all excited to begin a new educational journey and get on the path to becoming successful readers and writers!

My Project

Oh, how fun it is to read and write! Your generous donation will encourage the excitement Kindergarten students have about learning to read and write. By providing interactive reading and writing materials, donations will be providing students the opportunity for to learn about the alphabet, phonics, and practice turning their letters into words, sentences, and stories through writing. Playing alphabet bingo, using writing boards and creating alphabet books with letter stickers and Rhyming, beginning sounds, and self-checking phonics games are designed to help students strengthen their skills through fun games. The engaging experiences that students will gain from the items purchased with these donations will not only allow students to have fun while learning but will help their learning stick and give them the important skills they need to expand into reading and writing on higher levels. Students enter Kindergarten with the excitement for learning and will exit excited that they gained critical skills in reading and writing!
