Learning to Count Money

Help me give my students money, wooden blocks and boxes to learn how to count money.

My Project

Give students a small stack of money and ask them how much money it is.

You can also introduce basic financial concepts like spending, saving, and earning.

Teach students to save their money when they are little. Have three jars: Saving, Charity, Play. Be open about money , how it works , how much things cost. Discuss your values about money. Look at flyers together. Have a piggy bank and give them quarters here and there to put in their piggy bank.

Students must understand the value of money and how it works in our world today.
