I am asking for tools and materials for my students to use to learn how to effectively take breaks to allow them to reach their highest potential throughout the entire school day.
I am asking for timers, calming pillows, posters, and signs that will all allow the student to effectively decide to take a break on their own, use calming tools, and be able to return back to instruction.
All of these tools will allow students to work through any feelings that they might have in a mature way that still allows them to feel successful.
These tools will make a huge difference in our classroom.
