Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
When my students enter our classroom, they enter a space where they are encouraged to explore their imaginations, creativity, and problem solving skills.
These materials will enhance their imaginative play in our dramatic play center.
The dramatic play center helps children build their language, communication skills, problem solving skills, all while playing and pretending.
These materials can also be used in other areas of our classroom, such as discovery and toys and games. These learning areas help students develop important mathematical skills, such as, counting, comparing, and measuring.
My students are amazing and come to school every day with enthusiasm and are excited to learn. They enjoy playing together and I would love for them to have these materials to use in our classroom. With your help, we can make that happen!
