My Project

"Imagination is the door to possibilities", possibilities that my students show me everyday.

My students acquire so much knowledge and build countless skills when encouraged to use their imagination and creativity.

My students are multi modal learners and with these sensory items, they can employ all their senses to engage with and learn from these materials. They will use their hands to engage with the sensory stones and pavers, they will use their eyes to manipulate the acrylic sheets, and they will use their ears to hear these materials interact with their environment throughout all areas of the classroom.

By providing them with engaging high quality materials that allow for exploration and enriching their environment to expand their curiosity, they will create a classroom where anything is possible. Imaginary play allows kids to practice problem solving, learn social skills, and explore their ideas in a hands on manner. With your help, these materials will help build young and curious minds in my pre-k students.
