This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious, energetic, and full of joy. They come to school ready to move, explore, and connect with others. Many individuals are working on developing critical motor and social skills, and some have special needs that require additional support. What makes them special is their resilience and eagerness to learn through play. Every child in our classroom deserves opportunities to feel successful, included, and proud of their growth.

These materials will help make that possible.

The sensory balls support tactile learning and coordination. The scarves encourage expressive movement and rhythm. Building toys strengthens problem-solving and teamwork skills. The electronic whistles will help us run outdoor activities safely and clearly. My goal is to create a space where movement becomes learning, where students can regulate their energy, practice communication, and grow stronger together. These tools will help turn everyday play into meaningful progress for every learner.
