Help me give my students hollow blocks and wooden ramps so my students can have creative block play and learn through building.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach a dual language kindergarten class in Red Hook, Brooklyn. I have 26 students in my classroom. My students are a family and know each other from Pre-K all the way up to 5th grade. My students are lovely Kindergartners that are eager to learn and are highly motivated. We have a 50/50 model, they are exposed to English and Spanish everyday. My students are learning how to speak, read, write and count in 2 languages, they are becoming bilingual and bi-literate individuals!
My Project
All of my kindergarten students want to engage on some type of play. Blocks are essential and are a crucial material for learning through play. Our class has a set of small wooden blocks which the students love. Although, our classroom does not have hollow blocks nor wooden ramps. The use of blocks in a kindergarten classroom is essential. For engaging children's hands, minds, and imagination, no tool surpasses blocks.
Building with blocks, the child is a mathematician, scientist, architect, and storyteller.
By donating to our project, you will ultimately help to increase their social emotional awareness, such as feeling of competence, cooperation, and respect for the work of others. As children build together they grow as problem solvers and collaborators.
