My students need this printer to have bright, colorful, attractive tools to use. The more appealing the tools are for students to use, the more they will use it and learn.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are vibrant, eager little learners. They are thinkers, speakers, presenters, researchers and my motivation for teaching in my childhood school. All of my students receive free lunch and come from a small community with low income struggling working class parents. My school is slowly receiving funding for technology and resources but we still have a long way to go. I would like to try and help by getting this printer for my class to assist in their learning.
My Project
My students and I would love to have a color printer in the classroom. There are many resources I would be able to print and laminate for my students to continuously use as tools. I print resources already but only in black and white and te nor used often. If I was able to print in color my students would find it more appealing to use. They are first graders and pictures and colors really appeal to them. It's all about reaching all my students interests and likes and what they would assist in their learning. I know this printer will come a long way when it comes to my students learning.
