Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students will be attending school for the first time. As result, they are in much need of emotional support but at the same time they need to learn. With the funding of this project I hope to help them develop emotional and academically.
The students in my class are 4yrs old, the first time in school, and most of them are second language learners.
They are very eager to learn and absorb a lot of information. They are very lovable and adapt to all kinds of situations. The focus of this class is to develop oral language. My wish is to help them get ready for Kindergarten both socially and academically.
My Project
My students are first year learner. My class is their first experience for most if not all of my students. Their ability to express themselves is limited most times to scribbling or drawing. The supplies that this project will help young students to continue their development through drawing a creative projects.
In life you need to be creative or think out of the box in order to be successful in life.
These materials will help my students think creatively and freely express their thinking and ideas on a blank paper without worrying about lack of materials. I am asking for various types of art materials such as crayons, glue, glue sticks, and pencils to name a few to help with them creativity.
All children deserve to learn but not all children learn the same way.
With visual arts, children can learn to read, write, investigate, communicate, and socialize in a fun, meaningful manner. With your donation, all children can put a smile on their faces and proudly say, "Look what I made!"
