This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom is a play based classroom. We learn through playing. Most of our day is spent in different centers. This magnetic board would lead to a variety of different centers. It could be used to work on letter identification with magnetic letters. We could use it with the magnetic roads and tracks from Lakeshore to reach our science standards. Magnetic boards can be used for many different math manipulatives. In addition to all these great center ideas, I would also be using this board as a magnetic story board. This magnetic board would lead to an amazing activity for all!
