Learning Strategies and Tools to Self-Regulate

Help me give my students a place to unwind and learn to self-regulate. We can use some additions to our Sensory/Motor Lab area. Having these additional sensory/emotional tools will benefit many students with their social-emotional well-being.

My Project

This project will help students who have Autism and are in our 4-5 self-contained classrooms. This will also benefit our General Education students who require breaks to get back to being ready to learn. These resources will be made available to students from k-8th grade who need our support.

The goal is to educate all of these students to learn tools and strategies to improve their self-regulation skills!

These tools and strategies learned will also help to keep our students' bodies, minds, and emotions on task!
