We are a multilingual and curious group of Pre-K students from Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. We have a real passion for technology and Spanish. This year we are doing our best to develop our bilingual skills remotely.
We love to speak, read, play, and sing in English and Spanish at school and at home!
We discovered that digital games, books, and songs in Spanish can be fun and they help us learn. There is no better way to explore different cultures than through reading and singing!
My Project
We are looking forward to learning Spanish with Rockalingua and Scholastic during this unprecedented year. The students will share a generic username and password to access fun and engaging Spanish materials that Rockalingua and Scholastic have to offer!
We will use online quality programs that provide games, songs, worksheets and other tools for making Spanish for kids fun.
Not only do kids love Rockalingua, educational research has shown that music and interactivity greatly enhance the effectiveness of Spanish lessons for kids too!
Children and families will be able to access digital games, songs, and books from the comfort of their home and learn Spanish in a fun and effective way. In the meantime their teacher will save time and have super engaged students.
