Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I currently teach fourth grade on the southeast side of Chicago. Fourth graders are at an age where they are curious about learning and want to strive to be their best. My students are full of questions and are always curious about new topics. I want to meet the needs of each of my students and make their 4th grade year, a year they will always remember.
My Project
Some of my students will be returning to school for the first time in over a year due to the pandemic. I want to make this transition as smooth as possible for each of my students. I am asking for a gift certificate for Teachers Pay Teachers to purchase materials to engage my students and remind them learning can be fun inside the classroom.
Through this purchase, students will experience engaging and exciting lessons created through Teachers Pay Teachers.
These lessons will allow students to make the transition from remote learning to in-person learning smoothly and successfully.
