This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students at my school are creative, thoughtful and incredibly kind! They absolutely love hands-on, active and engaging projects. They come to school every day eager to learn and with a positive attitude.
My kids have chosen to come to our school for a hands-on educational experience.
An educational experience in which their culture and lifestyles will be embraced in the classroom. Each one of my students is unique, but that's what makes our classroom community all that much better.
My Project
Please help give my students learning resources for our centers! During the day, the students have two 40 minute blocks: one for ELA and one for Math. At the centers, students are able to practice spelling in word work, play literacy and math games, practice their basic addition and subtraction facts, and many more. Having these resources in centers will allow my students to continue practicing ELA and Math strategies through engaging games and interactive activities! These include games like "Roll and Read Digraph Blends" "Roll and Write Word Games", and "Quiz Cards". Practice using these resources will help my students excel in spelling and reading, as well as math. Please help our class and these amazing students. We will forever be grateful for your support.
