This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students need an easel to learn sight words, letters, and numbers. We would use it throughout the day for reading, math, and writing time. The magnetic paper would help students to work on their writing and letter formation. The magnetic letters and numbers would help when doing work independently and during morning meeting when we practice letter names and sounds. The supply caddy would help us organize, store, and clean up supplies in our classroom as well as prepare for projects efficiently. Students could also use the easel during free time.
My students are very active which is their charm.
I would like tools to help them get away from their desks more often during the day.
We spend the most time during reading so reading resources are essential.
