I need this iPad Air to help me take courses and develop my pedagogical skills in order to help my ENL students.

My Students
My students currently attend a PreK-8th Grade Title I school. More than 40% of the students in the school are English Language Learners, meaning English is their second language. Many of my students lack life experiences and rarely travel outside of our neighborhood.
When people say that the United States is a melting pot, I believe that my current school is a perfect example of this.
Many of our students come from different countries, and their families are trying to create better lives for them.
Additionally, some of our students are classified both as Language Learners and Students with Disabilities, therefore we have a wide range of learners in our school that can benefit from these funds.
My Project
I plan to use the iPad Air to engage in Apple Professional Learning. This will allow me to learn more inclusive and impactful ways to implement the technology available to me within my classroom.
Additionally it will allow me to take digital professional development lessons in order to target my craft and enhance my ability to address the unique and individual needs of English Language Learners.
Through my formal education, because I did not specialize in ESL licensure, I was limited in my access to ways to address these student needs. I want to become a stronger teacher in order to be a better educator that my students need and deserve.
In order to target this unique setting I need to continue to take courses and continue my learning in these fields.
With a new iPad, I can take different professional development opportunities to learn new strategies and skills that target the population of students within my
My students will benefit from this because as I learn more ways to target the high ESL population we have, I can develop better lessons and ultimately help these students to grow in their English language acquisition at a faster pace.
