My Project
I’m new to special education this year and to this wonderful school community. I bring 12 years of experience as a general education teacher and 5 as an instructional coach. I have a deep passion for supporting all learners. I will be working with incredible 4th–6th grade students with IEPs who will visit my resource room for extra support in reading, writing, math and social skills. I’m asking for supplies such as pencils, pencil holders, pencil grips, highlighters, dry erase markers, erasers, and games to practice social skills, along with treasure box items for encouragement. I’m also requesting a few decorations to make my classroom feel inviting and calm for students. With your help, I can provide the essential tools, supplies, and encouragement they need to feel successful, confident, and cared for every single day. Come join our classroom community!
