My Project
The induction hot plate and the convection oven will assist me in teaching my students how to make quick, healthy, delicious meals in the safety and comfort of our classroom. These small kitchen appliances will allow my students to work on their self-care skills. Many are eager and willing to learn but lack the confidence to work on challenging skills in a large group setting. By housing these materials in our classroom, surrounded by peers with the same challenges, they will be more at ease with practicing and mastering these life skills.
