Learning: Keep it Short, Simple & Fun

Help me give my students the tools they need to learn. I teach middle school students with cognitive and intellectual disabilities, and keeping learning fun is one of the best ways for them to learn.

My Project

I have the best students in the world, but each is unique and needs lots of assistance in understanding the academic foundations of reading and math.

Lakeshore Learning provides colorful, ready-to-learn games and center activities that help keep my students engaged while learning.

As a teacher for students with disabilities, I have to teach my students reading, math, writing, science, and life skills. Having no-prep center activities offers me more time to teach children while needing less time to prepare and make copies.

Students with intellectual disabilities need repetition while still being fun and engaging. These items you're helping to provide will assist me in giving my students the repetition they need without the monotony of doing the same things over and over.
