My Students
My class is full of students who are excited to be at school each day to see what we will learn. Our favorite time is pulling out a keyboard and singing songs together that help us to learn our letter sounds, math facts, and about the world around us.
All of the students in our school qualify for free or reduced lunch.
The diversity that exists in our school comes from the reservation which borders our district and the Hispanic population that helps our farming community.
My Project
In our school, students are divided into houses, much like in Harry Potter. These houses work together to earn points by demonstrating positive behavior, helping classmates, and being responsible. Each month there is a house party to encourage house unity and motivate students to keep being their best. The supplies for this project will be used in a house party and for a Parent night. Keeping parents involved in their children's education is an integral part of a successful school. The cotton candy will be a prize for attending the parent night and the candy hearts will be used in a house party activity by each student in the school.
