Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials in this donation will be utilized by students daily. I am extremely excited about these resources because they will allow students to learn strategy, teamwork, and SEL skills. Through play, they will also be practicing English language skills.

Playing games exposes children to learning how to be a humble winner and also resilient and empathetic when a game is lost.

Many students haven’t had the experience of playing board/card games and these resources will give them the opportunity to. The resources will be the highlight of indoor recess, technology-free choice time, and the place for friendships to form. Thank you!
