This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Do you remember how much fun you had learning in Kindergarten? My students love coming to school and learning about new things. Help provide hands-on activities to make learning fun.
Many of our students come from low-income families and get free or reduced price lunch.
Our students are very energetic and like to do hands-on activities. We started the school year with very little in our classroom. The students need more hand-on activities that make learning fun.
My Project
The students love doing centers each day. I am requesting alphabet manipulatives such as magnetic letters, alphabet stamps, and alphabet practice cards. I am also requesting math and phonemic awareness file folder games. These hands-on activities will help the students with math and language arts. These materials will be able to help future students in the community as well.
Help make a difference in our kindergarten classroom by donating hands-on activities.
Your donation will have a impact on student learning for many years. Help make this first school experience a special one for these students.
