Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have some amazing students who are very outgoing and caring. They love to help people and are supportive to each other. They have autism and are really amazing students. They are in middle school they love marvel, Star Wars, reading, drawing, and they love to learn
My Project
These materials will help students by having them be more engaged in learning. There is STEM elements, arts, relaxation to help with social emotional learning with students for when they have stressful times. Especially in 2020 where students know things are different it can be challenging for them. My students with special needs could benefit from having more engaging learning in different areas. We are able to connect things that were taught remotely this past spring and summer during remote learning. The STEM areas can really benefit the students as they learned a lot about coding and things like that.
