Due to Covid students have had to do most of their learning at their individual desks. They have reported that this can be boring and repetitive. This also makes it harder to have collaborative discussions in which we can all face each other and work together whether whole group or small group. Having yoga mats will allow us to take our learning outside and sit comfortably outside while having those collaborative discussions, while also getting our daily dose of vitamin D. The wobble seats will provide students who need more movement the ability to get that movement at their desk. Having lap desks will allow students to find a spot outside or within the classroom to comfortably work away from their desks. Having magnetic wands and chips will help make learning how words work more fun and engaging!
