My Project
Every year my 6th graders read "Refugee" by Alan Gratz and fall in love with the idea of learning about major historical events through stories about how these events impacted children just like them. Many of them are excited to continue reading Alan Gratz's other books, learning about other historical events through shared stories. However, my library is very light on Gratz's books, causing many students to wait months before they can get their hands on one of his books. Your donation will help me get multiple copies set of Alan Gratz's most popular historical fiction books.
