Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Pre-k students come to school excited to learn. They learn through play. What better way to combine play-based learning than adding these fun games to our classroom.
Each game on this list is needed to enhance my students' fine motor and collaborative skills, helping them to use their hands in a fun but educational way while building with friends.
They are learning how to play as a community solving these puzzles with friends and fitting each piece where they belong. This helps with developing their critical thinking skills. They would also be able to practice writing in a fun way. By doing so they are getting ready for kindergarten.
