Help me give my students a summer learning pack with fun and educational materials that will allow them to continue exercising their minds during the summer.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My PreK-3 students are full of excitement, enthusiasm, and energy! Each one of my students is different and yet they have a lot in common with each other. They all have their unique, individual personalities, and at the same time enjoy each other's company while they learn together through play.
My students are determined to learn everything, grow as individuals, and explore the wonderful world around them.
No matter how energetic they are, they are always ready to learn new things and become extremely proud when they are able to reach or accomplish a goal! No matter how difficult something may seem, they always persevere!
My Project
This year has been a year full of obstacles for many students. Our students are 3 and 4 years old but through all the obstacles they have learned and improved on many important skills. As the year comes to an end I would love to provide my students with a summer learning pack full of materials that will help them continue to practice and improve their skills.
These summer learning packs will provide our students the opportunity to continue learning and growing while having fun and enjoying their summer.
The packs will include fun materials such as playdoh, crayons, paints, flash cards, balls, and personalized popsicle sleeves. The students will be able to use the materials in the summer learning packs to practice their writing skills, phonological awareness, letter sounds, name recognition, fine and gross motor skills and math all while having fun. The more opportunities our little ones have to practice the better prepared they will be to start off next year strong!
