My Project
I teach 3K and it is so exciting to see my students grow as learners and individuals every day! I call them "Little Leaders" because of the initiative they show in taking care of themselves, each other, and our classroom. This independence and growth are especially significant because these children come from low-income households and all speak English as a second language.
I am asking for learning materials that will help my 3K students build their language and critical thinking skills.
My students are 2-4 years old, an age at which children are "sponges", soaking up new experiences and learning. I try and rotate materials to keep students engaged and promote new learning, but we can always use new goodies! The materials I have selected will help my 3K students develop mathematical skills, expressive language skills, and critical thinking and reasoning.
