My Project
I am returning to the classroom after taking a few years off to stay home with my babies. I am hoping to bring our classroom alive through flexible seating options and resources that will encourage students to take ownership of their learning.
Stools, seat cushions, kick bands, and clipboard/whiteboard options will help students to choose learning environments that best fit their unique learning styles.
Having multiple options for seating available will lead to students taking ownership in the classroom; choosing learning locations that help them to succeed. Clipboards and whiteboards will help learners to organize their supplies and ideas.
With writing journals, we will reflect on our experiences and practice gratitude, etc.
