This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our small, rural school has a very large English language learner population, with about half of our students qualifying for ELL services. On average we also receive about two students every year who are new to the country with no English at all.
Learning a language is challenging but with your support, we can make it fun!
These games are packed with engaging hands on activities that will help students build critical English language skills, from writing sentences to listening and following directions. Students will be able to master the basics of written and spoken English with these fun games.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
