Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are Prekindergarten three old. They attend a title 1 school. They love to work in learning play centers and work in small group in the teacher's center. The reason I chose this material is to teach my students learning phonological and phonemic awareness. Learning centers are how students learn. My three-year-old students love to play in centers, they think they are playing, but do not know they are also learning. Although, they are three-year-olds, they love to learn and they are hard workers. This is why I chose these materials to extend my lesson and use hands-on materials.
