My Students
My students are from a rural farming community where effort and willingness to work hard are abundant, but resources are not. I love to see my students learn and be excited about it! We do not have the best technology or the newest materials, but we have so much fun learning and exploring together. I believe my students' greatest strength is their ability to make what they've been given "enough", but I want to provide them with more. Thanks for your help!
My Project
Learning centers are a big part of our day and important to allow the teacher to work one on one in differentiated instruction groups. Our centers need supplies renewed like the dry erase markers and Sharpies which students use to practice word work skills, and a few things that we were lacking such as the project cases and Wiki Stixx that would go a long way as far as adding some student interest and help with organization of each activity. I strive to set up my students for success in all areas of our classroom, right down to cleaning and maintaining our learning environment. These supplies will assist in giving students an increased sense of pride in their classroom! Thanks for considering donating to this project!
