My Project

Thank you for taking the time to read about my project. I teach 6th grade at a Title 1 school. Here, 6th grade is still in elementary school, so our goal is to prepare the students to enter middle school. Part of preparing for middle school is learning how to keep your things organized. I am requesting baskets to help students stay organized.

Sixth grade is hard, so why not make it fun?

I am requesting Pop Darts and a Sun-Moon-Earth model to help make learning fun! The darts will be used as an incentive and/or as a review game. Sixth graders learn about the relationship between the Earth, Sun, and Moon, so the model would be a way for students to get hands on with the system.

Our students deserve the best we can give, and I hope to make learning a little bit more fun. Thank you for your support!
