My Project

The items I am requesting give my students the ability to do hands on work quickly every day in my class. The students having these boards lets each student do the work themselves while sharing answers with the teacher and other students. Whether we are talking about physical features or culture of the world, students can answer questions, take votes on a topic, or draw images to depict the topic on these boards.

The goal of this project is to allow students to do hands on learning while catering to the individual students learning style.

Students who take learning into their own hands strive far above the level of achievement than students who learn directly from the teacher. Helping students grow their skills of problem solving and responses is a huge plus as these students move throughout their academic career.

These students are extremely special due to the character and uniqueness of each student. Every day these scholars come into my classroom needing something. For some it is a positive relationship and connection. For others it is the challenge and rigor of my classroom. While getting to know my students I have begin to understand each students learning style and skill set. Thinking of the everyday use of these white boards will allow me to make those connections and enhance those learning styles for every single student.
