My Students
My students are incredibly bright and eager to learn! Since starting 3rd grade in the fall, they have grown so much and are excited to keep learning to go home. Since we have moved to at-home learning, my students and their families are looking for more engagement opportunities.
My students are based in Philadelphia, PA, and have shown they have such a strong desire to learn more and more.
In school, they take great pride in their work and look for challenges to keep their brains growing. We do have so many different levels in our classroom. I have an ESL friendly classroom, so our reading ranges from PreK to fifth grade.
My Project
This project is for a teaching easel. This easel can be used to hold books during a read aloud as well as function as a whiteboard. It will be beneficial when creating distance learning videos to teach students. I will be able to create videos to help the students continue their growth in the English language as well as in areas of reading writing and explain the new math concepts we are learning. The easel will also be beneficial in the classroom, once we are able to get back into the building, and I will use this on a daily basis. This easel will make teaching easier, the students will be able to see clearly what I am teaching and it will make our life long learners happy. Thank you for taking the time to read this and helping us.
