My Project
My 150 second-grade students attend a Title I primary school consisting of grades K4-2nd grade. Most of the students come from low socioeconomic homes and 1/3 of our population speaks English as a second language.
Please help me provide quality class sets for required novel units.
We are in need of new novel class sets. Purchasing these from the library budget would consume almost half of the budget alligated to purchase new books. While these class sets are extremely necessary, it would be an injustice to the students to have fewer new library books available to meet this need.
