This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are hands on. They love learning about new places and new cultures. In our classroom we make sure to learn about all cultures around the world. When we can, we have guest speakers come in.

The books I have selected will help expand our Hispanic Heritage Knowledge.

Although I am a Latina, I would like to have students be able to read and look at the books. These books will not only help this group of students but my future students. We will also learn more about the Day of the Dead.
