Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students have very big feelings and emotions that stem from the world they live in and observe everyday. Young children love to pretend as they explore things that happen in and around their own families.
The addition of baby dolls, baby clothes, blankets, feeding items, and sleeping space to our classroom dramatic play area, will help my students set the stage for their own research and exploration of family life from their point of view.
By enlarging the possibilities and space in our dramatic play area, my students will be able to set up their own play as they work out their own ideas and feelings about family life.
