My Project

I am a special education teacher that works with middle school aged students that have intellectual and/or emotional disabilities. Many of my students are not on grade level and need highly individualized instruction to aid in making the content more accessible. In an effort to differentiate my instruction and provide innovative and engaging ways for my students to learn, I am requesting gift cards from Teachers Pay Teachers.

Teachers Pay Teachers is an online store with thousands of high-quality materials written and developed for teachers by teachers.

This site is a wonderful resource for teachers as it provides digital and hands-on activities that are interesting, fun, and age appropriate. The materials available are also current, relevant, and make lesson planning a breeze.

Alfred Mercier is quoted as saying “What we learn with pleasure we never forget.” With the funding of this project, this sentiment can continue to ring true in my classroom. Help me help my students learn, work, and play.
