The students in our classrooms have a wide variety of academic and social skills. Our students may all be working on different skills or learning through a variety of ways, but they are all part of the same community and work best when they are all together! Collaboration and group work around fun, creative activities allow all of our students to grow and learn together, regardless of their abilities.

My Project
These materials including interactive toys - Legos, puzzles, a marble run, board games, and building tools will help my students practice valuable social skills that will help them build a community that plays and learns together. Through working with these highly engaging materials, students will encounter opportunities for collaboration and compromise. While playing together, students will also practice valuable oral language skills that will help them as they build skills for academic dialog in future years.
Early childhood classrooms are a place for students to learn so many interpersonal skills.
Having fun and engaging materials and classroom tools will ensure that our classroom is a fun place to practice the collaborative skills required of these 21st-century learners!
