My Project
My students work daily to achieve success in Language Arts. Reading and writing are taught each day therefore it is important to offer a variety of learning opportunities.
My students love hands-on learning.
Using games in the classroom brings an excitement to learning. Building word knowledge, vocabulary recognition, and spelling are all easily taught with manipulatives. Students engage and build knowledge while having fun.
A reading space that is important to our classroom. Many students do not particularly like to read. The availability of an inviting and comfortable space encourages reading.
The use of manipulatives and a designated reading space will allow all students to benefit. Developing a desire to use the spaces will build excitement and knowledge.
