My Project
This year my kindergartners have mastered their letter names and sounds. Help me provide the tools to create literacy centers for them to continue to grow. In phonics, we are working on digraphs, sight words, phonemic segmentation, reading, and writing CVC words. These tools will help in literacy centers to be able to take what they are learning in phonics and practice independently and in small groups how to read and write. These are essential skills for kindergartners to learn and carry on with them into first grade to help them be successful.
